Not sure which one you need?
Most people do not arrive knowing whether their problem is software, hardware or the network — that is our job to work out, and the diagnosis is free either way. As a rough guide:
- Slow, crashing, pop-ups, or it will not start
- Start with computer repairs. This covers the majority of what we see.
- Something got in, or someone was given access
- That is virus and malware removal, including cleaning up after remote-access scams.
- Files are gone, or the drive is making noises
- That is data recovery — stop using the machine and ring us before anything else.
- Internet is fine in one room and useless in another
- That is Wi-Fi and networks, and it is a coverage problem rather than a speed one.
