For businesses: offices, shops, clinics and trades
Windows 11 upgrades for small businesses
Your office computers moved off Windows 10 without holding up your staff: every machine checked and backed up, upgraded or replaced, and recovery keys kept safely for the business. Onsite across Melbourne's south-east.
Every PC checked
A list of your computers showing which can upgrade, which only need a setting changed, and which are due for replacement.
Upgrades that fit your hours
Machines done before opening, after close or on weekends, one at a time, so the business keeps trading.
Keys and logins sorted
BitLocker recovery keys recorded for the business and staff sign-ins working, so nobody is locked out after an update.
Windows 10 and your business
- Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on 14 October 2025. Computers still run, but without security updates they are a growing risk to customer data and payments.
- Businesses can buy Extended Security Updates, paid per computer each year and rising in price each year. It buys time; it doesn't fix the problem.
- Computers that meet Microsoft's requirements upgrade to Windows 11 at no licence cost. You pay only for the work.
What we do
- Check every computer: processor, TPM, Secure Boot, storage and the software your business relies on
- Give you a written list: upgrade, fix a setting, or replace — with a fixed price for each
- Back up each machine before anything changes
- Upgrade, test that your business software, printers and shared drives still work, and hand the machine back
- Record the BitLocker recovery key for each computer somewhere the business controls
Staff locked out?
Work computers often ask for a BitLocker recovery key after an update, or a staff member forgets their sign-in. We recover access to the business's own computers and accounts, with the owner or manager's authority, and set things up so it doesn't stop work next time.
Replacing older computers
Where a computer can't run Windows 11, we tell you plainly and help you replace it: a sensible spec for the job, files and settings moved across, and the old machine wiped before it's sold or recycled.

Windows 11 for business — common questions
Do we have to upgrade every computer at once?
No. We usually do one or two machines at a time, outside your busy hours, so nobody is left without a computer.
Will our business software still work?
We check that before upgrading. Most current software runs on Windows 11; where something older won't, we tell you first and work out the options with you.
What does it cost?
The compatibility check is free. Each upgrade is a fixed price between $80 and $180 per computer, agreed before we start. There is no contract or monthly fee.
Do you work with businesses only?
This service is for businesses — offices, shops, clinics, trades and other small organisations with staff computers.
