Anywhere in Australia · same day
Remote support
Virus clean-ups, slow computers, software setup and troubleshooting over a secure remote connection — same day, anywhere in Australia. No travel, no waiting, and you watch everything we do.
Australia-wide
Remote help reaches you wherever you are — not just the south-east suburbs.
You stay in control
You approve the connection, watch everything on screen, and can end it any time.
Same day, usually
A software fault is not a waiting room. We can typically help the same day you call.
Areas we cover
Help over the internet, from a technician who actually knows the machine
Not every problem needs someone in the room. A lot of the software faults, virus clean-ups, setups and slow-computer fixes we do onsite can be done just as well over a secure remote connection — and that means we can help you today, wherever you are in Australia, instead of waiting for a visit.
You stay in control: we connect only after you approve, you watch the whole session, and it ends the moment you want it to. Nothing is done to your machine without you seeing it.
What we fix remotely
- Slow computers — the same diagnosis and clean-up as onsite
- Virus, malware and scam clean-ups
- Windows or macOS installs, updates and failed-update recovery
- Software setup: printers, email, backups, Office, cloud storage
- New device setup and data transfer from an old machine
- Blue screens, boot failures and "computer will not start" that are software-side
- Wi-Fi and networking configuration on your home network
- Helping you through a scam or suspicious activity on your accounts
How a remote session works
- Call or book a time — same-day slots are usually available
- You install our secure remote-support tool and share a one-time code, or we walk you through it on the phone
- We connect, tell you exactly what we are doing, and you watch everything on screen
- We fix it, show you what was wrong, and you are done — no travel, no waiting
When you still need an onsite visit
Remote support cannot replace physical work. Screen or battery replacement, hardware failures, dead drives needing bench-level recovery, and anything where the machine will not power on at all still need a technician in the room. For those, our normal onsite service covers Melbourne's south-east.
What it costs
Remote support starts from $60 for a straightforward job, fixed price quoted before we connect. The first step is a free, no-obligation chat about what is wrong so we can tell you honestly whether remote is the right fix or whether it needs a visit.
Remote support — common questions
Is remote support secure?
Yes. We use an encrypted connection, you approve the session, you watch everything on screen, and you can disconnect at any time. We never do anything to your machine without you seeing it, and we never stay connected after the job is done.
What do I need for a remote session?
A computer that turns on and can reach the internet, and a phone for the initial call. We walk you through the rest — no technical knowledge needed.
Do you support Macs and PCs?
Both. We work on Windows and macOS for software faults, setup, virus clean-ups and data transfers. Hardware repairs still need an onsite visit.
What if you cannot fix it remotely?
You are not charged for the fix if we cannot make it work. If the job turns out to need physical access, we will tell you honestly and the remote fee is credited toward the onsite visit.
Ready to get it sorted?
Call and you'll usually get a diagnosis on the phone. Or book online and we'll confirm within the hour.
